Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Boxing Mouthguards (hygiene reasons)
- Baselayers (intimate apparel)
- Any items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
- Products without original tags or packaging
The Returns & Exchanges Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2-4 hours during business hours, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original receipt or packing slip, and mail to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of uninsured packages.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help! The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. Please indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request.
If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
